Winifred Kula is President of PNG Digital ICT Cluster and is an experienced digital transformation strategist with over 25 years experience spanning the financial services (banking and superannuation) sector, public sector ICT, emerging technology adoption and entrepreneurship.   Leveraging expertise in technology & innovation strategy, digital transformation, and business analysis.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Business, specializing in Entrepreneurship from University of Queensland, Australia and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (with Merit) from the University of Technology (UoT).

For over 13 years, she has volunteered in leadership roles within the PNG tech community, contributing to organizations such as the PNG ICT Cluster, PNG Computer Society, and the Pacific Islands Chapter of the Internet Society, Private Sector E-Commerce Sub-committee, with the Pacific Islands Forum to promote inclusive entrepreneurship, women in STEM and policy advocacy.

She is a firm believer in lifelong learning and a strong advocate for humanising digital transformation. Her goal is to guide and coach senior leaders in what it takes to be truly successful in the digital world and to prepare teams for rapid change.
