Dorothy Bengo is the Head of Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability (PACS) of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PNG.

She currently sits on the CCEP PNG Country Leadership Team and was appointed a member of the Board of the Manufacturers Council of PNG in December of 2024.

She holds over a decade of experience in the field of Corporate Communications particularly in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods MCG business and the extractive industries, as well as over 15 years of experience in the mainstream media as a seasoned journalist.

Dorothy started her career with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in 2023 as the Head of PACS and has been instrumental in executing the company’s local sustainability agenda, in particular looking key sustainability initiative regarding the return of plastic beverage bottles for further recycling.

With over 20 years of media expertise, she has elevated the CCEP PNG corporate brand, promoting CCEP PNG as an employer of choice.

In her current role, Dorothy is driven to promote and achieve a full circular economy for all its packaging, focused on PET plastic. Build on CCEP’ s reputation with Government & Industry stakeholders and foster further community engagement.

Dorothy’s passion is to contribute to a society that embraces sustainable economic growth, promotes gender diversity, upholds PNG’s cultural identity and protects PNG’s fragile environment.
